- The above registration fees do not include hotel accommodations or mandatory banquet charges.
- Registration fees are based on lodging at The Waldorf=Astoria Hotel. An additional $400 will be added to registration for all delegates who wish to stay elsewhere for the evenings of Oct 6 & 7.

Cancellations: Should you be unable to attend for any reason, please inform the Tea Association IN WRITING no later than Tuesday September 6, 2005. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after this date.
Substitutions are permissible.
